Sem is a great place for outdoor recreation. With a variety of trails and old cart roads you can venture far into the Norwegian forest. The landscape is protected and has four adjoining nature reserves. The area is well known for its wide variety of vegetation, colourful and easily understandable geology and traces from different cultures and ages. If you wish to go hiking, let us know and we can make ready a packed lunch for you. We can also arrange with a guide or you can borrow a map over the area.
